ICE Detention Centers near Utah

ICE Detention Centers

For several years, ICE had an arrangement with the Utah County Jail to house their detainees.  However that contract was not renewed.  When ICE arrests someone in Utah, they usually move them to Cache County Jail in Logan for a short time.  then they move individuals to another facility.  Three of the facilities most commonly used are Aurora, Colorado, Henderson, Nevada, and Washington.

Foreign nationals detained at these facilities can sometimes seek for bond, or may have to finish any court proceedings while being detained.  Our firm represents clients in each of these facilities and others.  Our attorneys can appear by phone at many court hearings, and as needed they can travel to courts servicing those out of state facilities.

Sworn To Advocate For Our Clients

“My father was a U.S. citizen, but I was born in another country.” Everyone in the government kept telling me I didn’t belong in the U.S., that I should give up and go “home” to the U.K. Immigration kept trying to get rid of me, and even issued a deportation order. Luckily, I found Keen Law Offices. Mr. Keen was the only person who believed I was a citizen; he fought my case, and after a long battle, Immigration gave in. They even issued me a certificate stating that I was a U.S. citizen since birth!”
